I have a feeling I'm going to get this question a lot: Why pickles??
Funny... it was kind of a 'fluke', of sorts.... What started out as me simply reading some articles, spiraled into this crazy desire to try making pickles.... I spent a whole night researching different recipes and techniques. By the next evening, I had come up with what we are now calling our 'Signature Dill', a blend of Old World ideas, with modern flare.
